Lawson Law
Privacy Policy

How your information is handled.

This policy explains what Lawson Law, PLLC (“the firm”) collects through lawsonfirm.law and how that information is used. It applies to this website only.

Information the firm collects

The firm collects information you choose to provide:

  • Through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, the type of matter, your state, the names of other people or businesses involved, and the description you write.
  • By phone, email, or mail: whatever you choose to share when you contact the firm directly.

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking, and it does not build a profile of your browsing. Its heading typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives the same basic request information (such as your IP address) that any web server receives when it delivers a file.

How the information is used

  • To respond to your inquiry.
  • To check for conflicts of interest before the firm can consider representing you.
  • To provide legal services if you become a client.

The firm does not sell your information, and does not share it for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality and the contact form

Sending a message through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information sent before a signed engagement agreement is in place may not be protected as confidential. Please keep website messages general, and do not send sensitive details until the firm confirms that it can represent you.

Links to other sites

This site links to profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

How long information is kept

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond, to check for conflicts of interest, and to meet the firm’s professional and recordkeeping obligations.
