Taylor M. Lawson is the founding attorney of Lawson Law, PLLC, where she represents individuals and businesses in civil litigation, consumer protection, and business matters. Admitted in Florida and Alabama, Attorney Lawson also handles federal matters in Texas and brings a focused, strategic approach to each matter, with experience spanning litigation, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and appellate work.

Her practice includes credit reporting matters under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, contract and business disputes, construction-defect claims, landlord-tenant matters, and HOA and condominium association disputes. She also advises businesses on contracts, document preparation, and ongoing legal needs.

Attorney Lawson has conducted and defended depositions, appeared in mediation and arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, and drafted and argued motions throughout the course of litigation. Her earlier practice included criminal defense, family law, collections, and appellate work before the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, giving her a broad litigation foundation that continues to inform her approach today.

Attorney Lawson earned her J.D. from Barry University School of Law and her B.S. in Political Science from Florida State University.

Outside of her practice, Attorney Lawson is a proud military spouse and is especially committed to serving military members and veterans. She also serves on the board of the Brevard County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and the Brevard Ballet Youth Company, reflecting her commitment to both the legal profession and the local community.
